Come to the Fire

I'm cheating today because I'm sick. I finally caught the crud that my husband went to the doctor's with last week. Last night it hit and I had no voice. No energy and no drive.

So I'm cheating and posting this link to a magazine that has my article in it. It came out in print a few months ago but now they are online only. Check it out if you have a chance. I hope it is an encouragement to all the unemployed out there!

Hope to continue to get around to many of you that I have missed this past week. Blessings!

I am at work both yesterday and today, but this is my 8th day of this stuff...I feel like I'm finally gaining but not completely over the hump yet. My heart totally grasps your aches and energy level...I'm praying for a speedy recovery in your household.

Love,
Yolanda

So sorry about the crud! Hope you get some quality jammy time.

I know when I'm sick I actually enjoy watching the Lifetime Movie Network (which I never watch when I'm well). That way I can watch & dose, watch & dose, and never really miss anything consequential.

Be blessed,
Kathleen

Your article was wonderful! No wonder they pay you. LOL
It's true that this is a horrible time, but God is thankful and I'm hoping that, like Job, this next chapter of your life will be doubly blessed. :-)

That's not cheating...it's adapting! Women are good at keeping things afloat, even our blogs!

Hope you feel better!

Hi Terri -

I had the "crud" back in January. Not fun. Hope you'll soon feel like your old self.

Blessings,
Susan :)
