Pushing Through

I'm destined to lay in bed another day. Do you think maybe God planned this to help me focus on my writing?LOL

This is my third day with a sore throat and fever. My husband saw a doctor last week and received antibiotics and is still sick so I'm thinking why waste a visit too. So I lay here with my laptop and pound out some chapters. It's going well. I figured out my ending this morning as I woke up and it might work.

In the meantime, thank you for visiting this blog. I know I've been out of it for awhile but hoping once I get back to good health, I will be posting more than my whining about being sick.

Did I mention I don't do sick well?

You're right. You should be relaxing, asking people to bring you chicken soup and 7Up along with pain meds. Instead, you're making progress on your novel and entertaining your friends with this blog. And I fail to see any whining in your posts; you'll need to work on that. =)

Hope you feel better soon.

I think you're handling it just fine! Just promise us you'll get a nap in, too. :) Take care of yourself.

Can't wait to hear more about your WIP's progress.

I've been praising God in the midst of my cold that it is a cold and not the FLU.

Oh, Yes, thank You Lord.

Terri...I pray that you get to feeling better soon!

Love,
Yolanda

Being sick is the most legitimate reasons I can think of for a good whine.

Be blessed and full of vigor. We miss you!

I enjoy your blog and am sorry you are sick today. Get well soon. I got a kick out of the post about focusing. It's so easy to get distracted.

So sorry you're under the weather, but glad you're able to distract yourself with the writing. :) Maybe a visit to nearby clinic for a shot of something to get the immune system kicking in? Hugs/prayers

May the healing of our LORD rest upon you dear friend and your husband in Jesus Name!

Get rest and enjoy His presence and your book writing.

Bless you.

Hey, Terri! Bless your heart! Sorry that you're under the weather. I was too the other week. A friend told me it MIGHT have been God's sweet little way of telling me to slow down! Hmmm!!
Praying that you'll be up and bouncing soon!

Hugs,
Susan

I'm glad you are relaxing and getting some writing done. Maybe this is just what you needed and writing will help take your mind off the sore throat~at least temporarily!
