Blogger Bits

My morning news. Another agent asked for a full.

What does that mean to me? Work harder on my current story. Be thankful my revised query at least caused some interest.

Remain hopeful.

But in the meantime . . .

My daughter and her family arrive tomorrow from Seattle. That means I wear my mom and grandma role for two weeks and my writer role gets moved back a little.

I'll be around the blogs but my posts might be sparse.

After all--I've got a lot of bedtime story reading to catch up on.:)

Yay!! Glad your story is perking interest! Now for more waiting! :-)

And you will be busy, Terri! Will you be working full time at your new job too?

Have a fun couple of weeks and we'll see you on the other side!

By all means, remain hopeful. That's how it happened for me. I had several agents asking for a full and this one agent asked...and two weeks later, she asked to represent me. You never know when it's going to happen!!!

Praying!

OH and yep, you need to use those roles while they are here and write the 5 or 10 minutes you have before you go to bed.

Party in the house!

Just realized we have a lot of locations in common. We lived out in Seattle for 2 years.

Keep us updated.

Great news on the agent request. Congrats!
Like you I'm a writer, mom and grandmom. I have one of my grandbabies for two weeks, starting yesterday. He lives in Wisconsin and I'm fortunate enough to get a winter visit. He's one of a set of eight year old triplets plus a four year old brother. Mom needed a break with daddy down south at class.
Prayers and blessings. I love reading your blog. You can find me at www.barbwhitti.blogspot.com
Have a great day. Here the snow is melting. Hurrah!

Excellent!
Have a good time being Mom and Grandma- you never know when bits and bobs of ideas will work through, and if you have children in your book count it as a refresher course!!!! If you haven't just count it as investment in the next generation!!!!
Amn't I helpful??And I hope its warmed up a bit with you as coming from Seattle they are probably looking for some sunshine!!

Isn't it crazy how everything seems to come together all at once. Wouldn't it be great if your family is there when you get the call? God is sneaky like that sometimes.... :O)
