A trip to the beach once every couple of years doesn't hurt either! But I so agree with you. Sometimes our minds are so cluttered we just need to get out and breathe. I think breaks bring a new perspective for sure. Sometimes my break is just a walk through a flower conservatory or a drive in the country. A change of scenery helps me restore peace.
