But then I've heard that the way to improve your writing is to write, so it is a catch 22 for me.

In any case, you are always encouraging and uplifiting in your posts and this one has prompted me again to get a move on.Stonefoxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01315274338937631860noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30652620.post-87970270105516062172008-11-16T07:16:00.000-08:002008-11-16T07:16:00.000-08:00I understand this all-too-well. With my first novel, I was really anal about perfection for two-thirds through, but then toward the end I caught the "just get it out" bug and wrote without looking back. (Part of what helped was that I wrote the last several chapters on a portable word processor, which I couldn't easily edit from.) Each has its place, and I think we have to find the system that works best for us as individuals.Janna Leadbetterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06339705935553160673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30652620.post-76886436006378063172008-11-16T04:02:00.000-08:002008-11-16T04:02:00.000-08:00Oh yes! The present is .... well, a "present".

Looks like you've been mining your presents.

Awesome!
KathleenKathleen https://www.blogger.com/profile/05245926913888212148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30652620.post-63823012008365165522008-11-15T19:40:00.000-08:002008-11-15T19:40:00.000-08:00What a super achievement to knock out so much in a...What a super achievement to knock out so much in an hour.
