(Anyone who follows this blog knows I'm all about writing goals.)
MY WRITER'S WEEK
(Yay!)
- Submitted two short stories
- Received one rejection
- Critiqued stories for four writers
- Reviewed one chapter of my book with a writer in person
- Started one new article
- Worked on another article that is half-finished
How's your week shaping up? Everyone has a plan--whether it's doing the NaNo thing (I always get that wrong) or praying about the direction God is taking you with your writing or editing a WIP. How's your list look this week?

I'm all about the goals too...I don't seem to hit many these past few years (crazy kids I guess) but I love me some goals ;).
It must be why I like NaNo. I'm a little behind on those goals but I'm hoping to catch up over the weekend.
Good luck on those goal :)!
Not nearly as productive as yours. Congrats! I did get a big family genealogy project edited, then rounded up Pushcart nominees for The Rose & Thorn. Does that count? :)
That is a great idea--goals! I think I will set some goals for next week since I saw this week drift by with not much to show for it--except a new roof on our house. Whee!
My calendar is so full of goals to accomplish not only this week but also for the next month. I tend to sit and do nothing if I don't have my goals written out. Recently I bought a dry erase board and carefully placed it so every morning I see the list and every night I can see the check marks when completed. It's a nice thing to have and remind you to stay on track.
Right now most everything has been put on hold (other than LRWG lessons) due to NaNoWriMo. But that's okay.
Awesome list, Terri! Very productive.
Let's see...well, I started reading my manuscript last night and felt some shivers of excitement! That's a good thing right now. :-)
There is nothing like sending out queries to get me motivated to edit. So this week I sent out a few queries and now I've been editing like crazy. I should send out queries more often. :)
